This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, research, and engage potential FMCG sellers and high-potential brand partners.
• Lead outreach initiatives through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to start effective, commercially-focused discussions.
• Conduct discovery calls to comprehend partner/seller requirements and effectively convey our unique marketplace value proposition.
• Assist with the complete onboarding, registration, and activation process for new enterprise and commercial sellers.
• Evaluate seller/partner alignment and potential to implement strategic growth plans aimed at scaling GMV on our platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ongoing support, relationship enhancement, and long-term success for signed partners.
• Achieve or surpass weekly/monthly KPIs related to strategic seller acquisition, brand retention, and GMV performance.
• Demonstrated full-cycle B2B sales development, account management, or strategic partnership acquisition experience.
• Exceptional proficiency in English, accompanied by strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and adept at executing proactive outreach independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity or experience within the FMCG, CPG, or fast-paced consumer retail sectors is highly beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in seller acquisition or client success within a digital platform, marketplace, or e-commerce environment.
• Background in e-commerce, online marketplaces, social commerce, or platform-driven business models.
