Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• This role is tasked with driving successful customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement for TDSC.com through both paid and organic channels.

• Formulate growth strategies and oversee media channels, both paid and organic.

• Manage programs related to awareness, consideration, retention, and re-engagement to achieve business goals.

• Collaborate with channel owners and agencies to establish strategies and supervise the execution of channel programs.

• Suggest and initiate the execution of new paid, owned, and earned media channels and tactics to foster profitable business growth.

• Foster a channel testing culture within the organization to improve digital channel outcomes while adhering to performance standards.

• Oversee marketing budgets, providing regular reports on results, insights, and the resource requirements of the marketing strategy.

• Partner with Finance and Data teams for forecasting, attribution, and performance measurement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 10 or more years of progressively responsible and complex experience in relevant professional fields.

• At least 3 years of management experience.

• Extensive knowledge of digital channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, display advertising, and email marketing.

• Experience in managing agencies and cross-functional teams to achieve quantifiable results.

• Demonstrated success in leading omni-channel marketing campaigns that enhance acquisition and retention.

• Strong analytical skills with a background in utilizing data to improve performance throughout the marketing funnel.

• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platforms is preferred.
