Director of Digital Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Direct the strategy for digital growth and e-commerce, establishing a clear roadmap linked to revenue, conversion rates, and customer experience outcomes.

• Take ownership of the vision and advancement of our digital platforms, encompassing the website, portals, and e-commerce functionalities.

• Create and enhance comprehensive customer journeys by leveraging data and insights to boost engagement, conversion, and retention rates.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure that digital platforms align with commercial workflows, content strategies, and channel requirements.

• Set and monitor KPIs; consistently test, learn, and refine performance metrics.

• Develop business cases for new digital initiatives and oversee their execution in partnership with cross-functional teams.

• Lead and nurture a small team along with external partners dedicated to enhancing digital experiences and growth.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to guide future digital investment decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in digital growth, e-commerce, or digital product leadership, ideally within B2B or industrial manufacturing sectors.

• Demonstrated success in launching or scaling B2B e-commerce and digital platforms.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a talent for translating insights into actionable strategies.

• Proven experience working across multiple functions in complex organizational structures.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.

• Preferred: Experience supporting distributor or hybrid go-to-market strategies.
