Senior Technical Customer Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical, application, and troubleshooting assistance to the field.

• Monitor developments in industrial and competitor technologies.

• Facilitate technical training sessions both internally and externally with Product Business Unit teams.

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to meet corporate sales objectives.

• Gather and communicate customer requirements for new product development.

• Manage technical affairs on a routine basis.

• Prepare equipment for customer demonstrations.

• Assist with trade shows and sales presentations.

• Enhance technical communication with parent and sister companies.

• Develop testing plans or requirements in conjunction with the customer's technical department.

• Compose and present test reports to both internal and external clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree or higher in Mechanism or Electronics.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in R&D as an Engineer in the SMT, Semiconductor, or relevant industries.

• Extensive knowledge of mechanics and electronics.

• Experience with fluid dispensing is preferred.

• Previous working experience in a multinational corporation is advantageous.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
