Senior Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist customers from contract signing to successful adoption.

• Manage intricate enterprise deployments.

• Establish the onboarding function.

• Support artificial intelligence and emerging use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in technical implementation, onboarding, customer training, or solutions engineering (experience in SaaS is preferred).

• Strong technical skills — either an engineering background or equivalent proficiency with integrations, workflows, and technical troubleshooting.

• Demonstrated capability to train and empower users on complex technical products.

• Business insight along with technical expertise — able to discuss review cycle efficiency with an engineering director and guide an administrator through SSO configuration.

• Experience in managing enterprise deployments or large-scale rollouts.

• Excellent communication skills — able to articulate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives.

• Self-motivated and organized — you will have the autonomy to build this function.

• Naturally collaborative — you excel in environments where success is collective, information flows openly, and you work across team boundaries daily.

• Familiarity with PLM systems (such as Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia), CAD tools (like CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks), or engineering collaboration platforms.

• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or industrial design sectors.

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role at a technical B2B SaaS organization.

• Experience developing onboarding programs or training curricula from the ground up.

• Previous experience in organizing and managing project deliverables and timelines.
