Implementation, Customer Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities that involve direct client engagement, serving as a trusted advisor to potential clients.

• Aid in the creation of demonstrations, presentations, and technical documentation to facilitate client sign-ups.

• Work closely with senior specialists to comprehend client needs and convert them into practical solutions.

• Support the implementation of iPiD’s solutions, ensuring a seamless onboarding and integration experience for clients.

• Collaborate with clients to collect requirements and assist with technical setups, with a focus on APIs and workflows.

• Coordinate with Technology and Product teams to assist with integration tasks and resolve basic issues.

• Document insights gained and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing platforms.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients after implementation, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Provide continuous training, enablement sessions, and best-practice advice to help clients maximize the effectiveness of iPiD’s solutions.

• Track client usage data and feedback to detect pain points, areas for improvement, and potential for expansion.

• Proactively recognize and escalate client issues or risks to senior team members before they affect the client experience.

• Assist in retention and advocacy initiatives by ensuring clients attain measurable success with iPiD’s solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing or customer success roles, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.

• At least 1 year of experience working with APIs and web-based software (SaaS).

• Strong comprehension of the software development lifecycle and technical implementation methodologies.

• Solid experience in pre-sales and client relationship management, extending beyond basic ticketing or customer service.

• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

• Strong communication skills in English, with the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Competence in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Proven ability to handle several customer relationships at once.

• Motivated and proactive with a keen attention to detail.

• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently while being a dependable and collaborative team member.

• Experience in a globally distributed startup or high-growth environment is advantageous.
