Manager, Clinical Implementation Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversees, mentors, and develops the clinical educator team to guarantee the delivery of high-quality education and foster professional development.

• Sets clear expectations, objectives, and metrics that align with implementation quality, customer satisfaction, and business results.

• Ensures that educators provide effective training through classroom instruction, hands-on sessions, super-user training, and peer-based education, tailored to customer workflows and readiness at client sites.

• Aids in the education strategy for device integration with customer EMRs (such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.), in partnership with informatics and technical teams.

• Acts as a point of escalation for clinical education risks, customer issues, and performance challenges, ensuring prompt communication and resolution.

• Develops the education schedule and allocates resources to synchronize education timelines, resource deployment, and go-live support with project plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (BSN preferred).

• Current RN licensure, to be maintained throughout employment.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience (direct patient care experience is highly preferred).

• At least 1 year of management experience and/or serving in a leadership capacity overseeing others.

• Experience in implementing medical device products is highly preferred.

• Proven track record in providing education or professional services in complex clinical settings.

• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, infusion practices, and adult learning principles.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
