This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Engage in ServiceNow Development projects to set up, create, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications, reports, service portals, and/or integrations.
• Lead the documentation of configurations, reports, and development efforts.
• Support our clients in executing testing scenarios and plans.
• Educate customers about ServiceNow products and solutions by providing impactful demonstrations on various services.
• Keep up with standard and additional certifications, stay updated on new features with each release, and commit to ongoing learning.
• Take part in story grooming and pointing sessions to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and story points.
• Participate in stand-up meetings and offer solution guidance to the project team.
• Oversee Release Plan activities.
• Contribute to sprint retrospectives by presenting well-prepared solution demonstrations.
• Assist in cutover planning, developing, and implementing the release plan for solution components found in ServiceNow update sets.
• Lead Knowledge Transfer sessions with clients.
• Drive TC initiatives across the organization to enhance tools and processes.
• Create design documents for intricate technical solutions and facilitate customer discussions to assist in the requirements gathering process.
• Maintain the expertise needed to configure and/or develop advanced ServiceNow features (e.g., Portal, Integrations, AI, etc.).
• Attend and engage in design workshops and activities to ensure that requirements are technically robust.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code.
• Participate in peer review testing and provide the test steps utilized during the peer review for complex clients.
• Support Project Managers by documenting Risks, Issues, Decisions, Actions, and Changes in the RIDAC log.
• Seek OCM support on internal initiatives.
• Engage in pre-sales activities as required.
• Mentor Associate Technical Consultants and Technical Consultants.
• Over 5 years of experience in Professional Services.
• More than 4 years of direct experience with ServiceNow.
• Must possess ServiceNow HRSD product experience.
• Willingness to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• ServiceNow CSA Certification required within 6 months.
• ServiceNow CIS-HR Certification required within 6 months.
• Ability to travel up to 15% to customer locations nationwide.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
