Senior Technical Consultant – Salesforce Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Field Service deployments

• Create solutions for dispatching, optimizing schedules, mobile workforce management, and field operations

• Facilitate discovery sessions to comprehend client business requirements and technical specifications

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and associated platform products

• Develop or assist in complex Salesforce implementations while adhering to best practices

• Contribute to both declarative and programmatic development as necessary

• Collaborate with project managers to establish project scope, estimates, and technical roadmaps

• Ensure that technical delivery is in alignment with solution architecture

• Mentor and guide junior consultants, developers, and administrators

• Provide comprehensive technical documentation and implementation instructions

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders

• Present technical solutions and articulate trade-offs in a clear and business-friendly manner


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce Field Service implementations

• Over 5 years of experience in designing and constructing Salesforce solutions

• Previous experience in a client-facing consulting or architect position

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the capability to lead workshops and present to stakeholders

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities

• Familiarity with Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Health Cloud)

• Proficiency in OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)

• Prior Salesforce Developer experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations)

• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect or System Architect)

• Awareness of AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving capabilities

• Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification
