Senior Technical Consultant – Microsoft Power Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and execute solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

• Create custom connectors and APIs to facilitate integration of Power Platform solutions with external systems.

• Ensure that solutions are in alignment with business goals and user needs.

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.

• Develop secure, seamless, and high-quality data flows across various systems.

• Monitor and enhance the performance of Power Platform applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges that arise.

• Implement security protocols and conduct audits to maintain compliance and system integrity.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

• Collect requirements from stakeholders and deliver solutions that provide business value.

• Create Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Automate workflows and processes to enhance productivity and decision-making.

• Stay updated on Power Platform features and best practices.

• Suggest innovative enhancements to systems and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

• Proficiency in developing both model-driven and canvas applications.

• Strong understanding of integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.

• Experience with custom connectors, APIs, and data gateways.

• Knowledge of SQL Server, Dataverse, or other relational database systems.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python.

• Experience using Microsoft CoPilot and other AI tools.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications, including Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Azure Fundamentals, or Azure Developer Associate.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in leadership and mentoring roles.

• Proven track record in designing and implementing comprehensive Power Platform solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

• Familiarity with compliance and security best practices in Power Platform development.
