Senior Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive IT architecture: You provide strategic guidance to our clients regarding the design, scaling, and optimization of highly available Atlassian platforms (both Cloud and Data Center).

• Intricate enterprise migrations: You assume technical leadership for challenging data migration, consolidation, and upgrade projects within corporate settings.

• Requirements engineering: You assess and model complex business requirements, translating them into structured, tailored technical application designs.

• System integration & scripting: You effectively connect systems and streamline workflows by implementing smart automations and custom API integrations.

• Strategic C-level collaboration: You adeptly navigate complex client organizations and serve as a trusted technical liaison for business units and executive management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive project experience: You possess a minimum of 5 years of robust experience in IT consulting or as a technical consultant/integrator of software solutions.

• Profound Atlassian knowledge: You have proven, extensive hands-on experience in administering and deploying the Atlassian toolchain in complex enterprise environments or large-scale projects.

• Infrastructure & cloud expertise: You have a thorough understanding of the interplay between operating systems, network configurations, databases, and modern cloud infrastructures, and can work with them effortlessly.

• Language skills: You communicate confidently and persuasively in German (C1/C2) and are fully fluent in English (B2+), allowing you to manage Atlassian documentation and vendor tickets with ease.

• Certified foundation (preferred): You hold Atlassian certifications (ACPs) or have experience in highly regulated sectors such as automotive (OEM/suppliers).
