This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

• Serve as a change agent and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the applications assigned to you.

• Investigate all requested changes to find the most effective technical solutions.

• Develop functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Application Architects, and development teams.

• Actively engage in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and provide continuous clarification.

• Work in partnership with QA to ensure that every requirement is thoroughly testable and verified.

• Execute system integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Recognize risks and downstream effects associated with system changes and integrations.

• Over 7 years of demonstrated experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or closely related technical roles.

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong, hands-on experience with complex distributed systems and sophisticated technical integrations.

• Established experience in leading or mentoring fellow analysts.
