Senior Technical Architect, Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic advisor and expert in Salesforce products and platforms for significant life sciences enterprise clients.

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions across both commercial and clinical operations.

• Function as a reliable advisor to clients.

• Lead internal strategic projects aimed at expanding the consulting practice.

• Enhance the community's knowledge and expertise.

• Assist customers and colleagues in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies to enhance business value.

• Proactively manage risk areas to ensure comprehensive resolution.

• Oversee customer expectations and negotiate solutions to intricate issues with clients and third-party partners.

• Review and adjust project or program direction, methodologies, and key documents.

• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to design technology solutions.

• Contribute to the program vision and offer guidance on project strategies involving enabling technologies, such as the Salesforce Platform.

• Educate on complex concepts and deliver innovative, prescriptive insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture or consulting.

• More than 4 years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects.

• Proficient application design skills.

• Strong abilities in data, integration, and security architecture.

• Experience within the Life Sciences sector, especially in Pharma/Biopharma.

• Background in pharmaceutical commercial operations, field force engagement, HCP/HCO relationship management, or regulatory compliance.

• Excellent presentation abilities.

• Capability to quickly learn and implement new concepts, business models, and technologies.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to create materials tailored to the audience.

• Competence in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes through technology and integration.

• Extensive experience with integration concepts, designs, and patterns.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

• Multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications or Salesforce Certified Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant status is preferred.

• Practical experience with Agentforce for Life Sciences or similar Life Sciences CRM platforms is preferred.

• Knowledge of HCP/HCO structures, Affiliations, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Affairs, and compliant engagement workflows is preferred.

• Experience in supporting or delivering implementations for major pharmaceutical companies is preferred.

• Familiarity with the agentic enterprise model and AI agents in life sciences commercial and clinical operations is preferred.
