This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Data 360, both internally and with clients.
• Function as a strategic advisor to assist customers in unlocking data from enterprise systems.
• Support the achievement of customer goals and metrics while offering insights based on Data 360 best practices.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by guaranteeing that value is realized in every engagement.
• Manage multiple strategic clients at once to meet or surpass utilization targets.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to customers and the Data 360 community.
• Work in collaboration with the Go-to-Market team to enhance services and grow assigned accounts.
• Keep up-to-date with the evolving product roadmap and wider data-platform landscape through ongoing education.
• Lead the assessment of technical solution options and provide education to customers and partners.
• Identify and proactively handle risks through comprehensive issue resolution.
• Evaluate and shape the technical landscapes of customers.
• Promote cross-functional knowledge sharing, reusable assets, best practices, and activities for talent development.
• Influence teams, facilitate implementation and architecture discussions, and lead transformation strategy and executive-level presentations.
• Experience with Salesforce Data 360 or similar Customer Data Platforms, such as Adobe AEP, Tealium AudienceStream, Segment, ActionIQ, or Treasure Data.
• Relevant experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Related Salesforce certifications are desirable, including Data 360 Consultant, AI Specialist, Data Architect, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Preferred experience with data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, SQL Server, or Adobe marketing databases.
• Background in data management, data transformation, and ETL, ideally using cloud-based tools or infrastructure.
• Experience in data architecture, including data profiling, data quality analysis, MDMs, and fuzzy matching conventions is advantageous.
• Capability to communicate complex business and technical concepts through visualization and modeling aids.
• Ability to conceptualize and produce intricate diagrams and documents.
• Quick and thorough learning of new technologies.
• Expertise in gathering and analyzing information related to data integration, subscriber management, and identity resolution.
• Familiarity with AI-related data integration technologies and concepts, including RAG, vector databases, search indexes, and knowledge bases, is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence teams, facilitate solutions, lead discussions, and present to executives.
• Understanding of Data Governance and Data Privacy concepts and regulations is a plus.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification.
• Willingness to travel as necessary; expected travel is less than 50%.
