Senior Technical Architect – Consulting, Java, Spring Boot, SQL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and creation of intricate cross-product features and solutions.

• Ensure that the technical architecture is in line with business requirements and strategic objectives.

• Leverage AI/ML, cloud technologies, and IoT to improve product features and performance.

• Act as a reliable advisor to project directors and senior management.

• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and development teams to tackle technical challenges and drive innovation.

• Mentor and support development teams to uphold architectural standards and best practices.

• Communicate potential application-related risks to senior management.

• Represent Blue Yonder at both internal and external workshops, contributing to functional or technical roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of experience in software development utilizing Java and Spring.

• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing complex systems within the supply chain or related sectors.

• Significant implementation experience with at least one Blue Yonder product such as TMS/WMS (MUST).

• Extensive technical knowledge in AI/ML, cloud platforms, and IoT.

• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.

• Capacity to influence and guide multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in a variety of programming languages and development methodologies.
