This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver technical sales assistance for the GE Digital Energy substation automation product range.
• Perform assessments of customer fleets to identify opportunities for expanding current M&D offerings.
• Collect feedback regarding the existing M&D fleet and services.
• Oversee and monitor key pilot projects using KPIs.
• Provide customers with technical and product training.
• Support the technical development of proposals.
• Serve as an expert consultant to assist customers with the planning and development of technical solutions.
• Monitor issues identified during product demonstrations, evaluations, and testing.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 10 years of experience in substation asset monitoring.
• Capable of contributing to technical documentation and papers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
