This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Serve as the technical liaison among customers, partner companies, and internal sales teams.
• Collaborate closely with the customer’s development department, local field sales team, and both internal and external Arrow resources.
• Cultivate and enhance sustainable relationships within customers’ development teams across all levels, from CTO to R&D Engineer.
• Identify and support new development projects at customer sites, guiding them from product concept to mass production.
• Direct the technical approach and priorities in customer projects, aligning with Arrow’s strategy, supplier portfolio, and prevailing market conditions.
• Create optimal technical-commercial system solutions tailored to our customers' needs.
• Accountable for expanding our business potential through focused project work with designated strategic customers.
• Provide on-site technical consulting and support to customers in designing and selecting system components, particularly in semiconductors for industrial applications such as embedded and HMI systems, including software elements.
• Offer advisory support to our field sales team regarding technical issues.
• Prepare and lead training sessions, technical meetings with customers and suppliers, and internal training for the local field sales team as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience as a technical contact; development experience in electronics, hardware, or firmware is advantageous.
• Familiarity with selecting and working with microprocessors, processors, and FPGAs for industrial electronics is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and exceptional communication and persuasion abilities.
• Good understanding of customers’ system architecture.
• A strong team player with a high degree of self-motivation.
• Strong sales and customer orientation, with an eye for potential and innovation.
• Experience in utilizing AI-based systems to enhance efficiency in solution development and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel within Austria.
• Proficiency in German and English (business/professional level).
