This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Act as the primary technical authority, collaborating with sales teams to enhance customer interactions, define suitable solutions, and assist in closing deals.
• Lead customers through the project lifecycle by offering technical expertise and suggestions to ensure that products are utilized effectively and fulfill project criteria.
• Create, document, and enhance processes to boost efficiency, precision, and scalability throughout technical sales support and application engineering functions.
• Assess quotes for technical correctness, code adherence, and alignment with client expectations, guaranteeing that solutions comply with specifications and organizational benchmarks.
• Ensure proper product configuration and thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations teams to synchronize on product capabilities, address technical hurdles, and foster ongoing product enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product lines, including features, specifications, and application needs, to provide well-informed recommendations and training for both internal teams and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience with technical products and customer projects, encompassing roles in sales support, application engineering, or product specialization within manufacturing.
