This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.
β’ Take ownership of the partner and business strategy for a specific vertical, acting as the primary technical relationship manager and escalation point for key partners and stakeholders.
β’ Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), engage in roadmap discussions, and conduct strategic planning with partners.
β’ Establish and oversee vertical-level operations, ensuring accuracy in Product Health, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing issue triage, and upholding execution standards.
β’ Convert partner and business requirements into actionable directives for the Product and Engineering teams.
β’ Proactively identify and manage risks related to partner resiliency, Service Level Agreement (SLA) expectations, fallback strategies, and dependencies within the ecosystem.
β’ Drive cross-functional prioritization and roadmap development by sharing insights, identifying risks, and weighing trade-offs for General Managers (GMs) and senior leadership.
β’ Offer functional guidance and coordination for Partner Success Engineers (PSEs) associated with the vertical.
β’ Mentor fellow Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and develop scalable frameworks, documentation, and governance practices.
β’ A minimum of 5 years' experience in technical account management, partner operations, product operations, or other technical roles that involve partner engagement.
β’ Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives that include Product, Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), and external partners.
β’ Strong understanding of system behavior, partner integrations, and the impact of technical changes on business results.
β’ Experience in managing partner relationships, operational governance, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), SLAs, and escalation processes.
β’ Ability to distill complex partner or system dynamics into clear requirements, priorities, and execution strategies.
β’ Proficient in interpreting dashboards, metrics, logs, and basic SQL to troubleshoot partner-related issues and risks.
β’ Excellent communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders and delivering well-structured recommendations.
β’ Must have work authorization that permits employment with any employer in Canada or the US for at least the next 12 months, or must disclose sponsorship needs.
