Senior Tax Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Act as a Senior Tax Associate at Exemplar Tax Strategies LLC.

• Manage and develop an established book of business along with client relationships.

• Cultivate and expand new client relationships.

• Recognize further opportunities to assist current clients through Exemplar's comprehensive professional services platform.

• Establish connections with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, families, entrepreneurs, executives, and business owners.

• Work collaboratively with Exemplar professionals across various sectors including wealth management, tax, legal, insurance, capital markets, and business advisory.

• Leverage Exemplar's technology and platform to improve client service, efficiency, and business development.

• Engage in networking, referrals, and business development initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and firm policies.

• Proven tax professional with an established book of business.

• CPA, EA, or Tax Attorney certification required.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing client relationships.

• Track record of client retention and business growth.

• Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with the capability to work independently.

• Dedication to a fiduciary, client-first philosophy.

• Preferred: bilingual proficiency.

• Preferred: experience catering to HNW/UHNW clients.

• Preferred: background in alternative investments/private markets tax advisory.
