Freelance Creative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Work alongside strategists and creative leaders to transform strategic insights into unique campaign platforms.

• Create campaigns that span film, out-of-home, social media, and digital channels.

• Generate ideas, bring them to fruition, and articulate compelling creative justifications.

• Produce work autonomously with minimal oversight.

• Personally create the creative output and address feedback effectively.

• Adhere to agreed deadlines and uphold confirmed scope, hours, and booking commitments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated senior conceptual experience at top-tier agencies such as Ogilvy, TBWA, VML, Joe Public, M&C Saatchi, or other agencies of similar creative stature.

• Impressive portfolio showcasing original, integrated campaigns, with clear identification of contributions.

• Exceptional skills in the creative discipline.

• Strong hands-on expertise in AI tools, including visual generation, accompanied by supporting examples.

• Confidence in developing and presenting ideas with minimal guidance.

• Knowledge of UK and international brands, cultures, and audiences.

• Proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for producing work independently.

• Ability to work efficiently, respond constructively to feedback, and meet established deadlines.

• Recognition through major creative awards is a plus.

• CV with a portfolio link required.

• Three to five strongest conceptual campaigns with agency, brand, and contribution details.

• Clear explanation of creative strengths and personal deliverables.

• Availability and current commitments.

• Acceptance of R9600 per day before tax required.

• Only applicants based in South Africa will be considered.
