📋 Description

• Strategic Sourcing: Leveraging sourcing tools and a variety of channels to effectively engage with candidates, particularly for specialized positions.

• Networking: Responsible for cultivating a professional network within communities and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet future business requirements.

• Relationship Management: Interacting with potential candidates early in their journey, emphasizing a high-quality candidate experience and fostering long-term engagement.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Collaborating with Hiring Managers to comprehend business objectives and overseeing the recruitment process from initial outreach to the final hiring decision.

• Process Optimization: Introducing innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency of our sourcing strategy and identifying novel, unconventional sources for talent acquisition.

• Proven Sourcing Expertise: Significant experience in sourcing for complex roles utilizing a range of tools and methodologies.

• Networking & Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the capability to easily establish relationships, whether online or in face-to-face interactions.

• End-to-End Recruitment Experience: A strong background in independently managing recruitment processes, ensuring professional communication throughout each phase.

• Fluency in Polish and English
