Senior Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract qualified candidates for junior, senior, and leadership positions in both technical and non-technical fields.

• Employ advanced sourcing methods including Boolean searches, X-ray techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job boards.

• Create highly tailored, effective cold outreach messages to engage potential candidates.

• Conduct preliminary fit assessments to evaluate role alignment, seniority, and motivation before passing candidates to recruiters.

• Interact with candidates, manage initial responses, and confirm their genuine interest in the roles.

• Provide recruiters with candidates who are interview-ready, accompanied by clear and structured candidate summaries.

• Keep precise records of candidate status and pipeline tracking in ATS / CRM systems.

• Continuously enhance sourcing efficiency and quality through ongoing experimentation and adjustments.

• Share valuable market insights, sourcing strategies, and feedback on talent availability with the recruitment team.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruiting, with a strong emphasis on sourcing.

• Advanced proficiency in Boolean search techniques and other sourcing methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to source quickly and at scale across various roles and levels.

• Exceptional written communication skills for personalized outreach to candidates.

• Practical experience with ATS / CRM systems.

• Experience in sourcing candidates on a global scale (US, EU, etc.).

• Capability to work autonomously, manage multiple roles at once, and effectively prioritize tasks.

• Proficiency in English adequate for professional candidate interactions (minimum B2 level).

• Nice to Have:

• Experience sourcing for rapidly growing startups or product-oriented companies.

• A data-driven approach to sourcing, including conversion tracking, response rates, and funnel optimization.
