Senior Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop sourcing strategies for senior roles that have a direct impact on business scaling.

• Enhance and lead the implementation of automation and AI in sourcing approaches.

• Engage deeply with analytics — we utilize Ashby, which enables us to cultivate a truly data-driven culture in recruitment beyond mere words.

• Take charge of the sourcing direction within the company, possessing full ownership of results and autonomy in decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience, preferably within a product company.

• Experience in closing non-tech positions — marketing, product, back office.

• In-depth experience with specialized tools for sourcing automation and AI.

• Understanding of analytical metrics in recruitment and the ability to draw conclusions based on data.

• Proactivity, critical thinking, and a systematic approach to communication.

• English proficiency at least at the Intermediate level.
