This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Implement innovative and efficient approaches to discover and engage sales candidates through various channels, such as LinkedIn, social media, user groups, blogs, and other pertinent online platforms.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the role's requirements, its function, and its integration within the organization.
• Consistently monitor and evaluate pipeline metrics related to sales hires, offering valuable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to cultivate and engage both passive and active talent pools for sales roles.
• Oversee and maintain our current candidate database, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of candidate profiles.
• Actively solicit feedback from the sales team, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas are shared and discussed.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in talent sourcing within a fast-paced scale-up environment.
• Experience in sourcing candidates on a global scale.
• Proficiency in English (B2+) with exceptional collaboration and cross-cultural communication skills to establish rapport with internal stakeholders and candidates.
• A well-rounded sourcing/recruiting toolkit, including expertise in using email extractors, browser extensions, and people aggregator tools to collect comprehensive information on potential candidates.
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems, with a strong background in market research, talent discovery, sourcing strategy enhancement, candidate engagement, analytics, and familiarity with AI tools.
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible when facing shifting priorities, embracing new tools and methodologies to achieve exceptional results.
• A successful history of sourcing candidates outside of LinkedIn for Sales & Marketing profiles.
