Senior Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies across various functions such as Engineering, Product, GTM, Ops, and beyond.

• Actively source and engage top candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.

• Create and sustain high-quality talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.

• Contribute to shaping our sourcing approach for different roles by experimenting with channels, messaging, and targeting.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to grasp role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.

• Utilize modern AI tools and sourcing platforms to enhance the speed, scale, and quality of sourcing efforts.

• Develop and evaluate new sourcing strategies using AI-driven workflows and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably within a high-growth tech company.

• Proven success in driving outbound sourcing, creating pipelines, and engaging candidates.

• Expertise in advanced search methods, including Boolean logic, X-ray search, and other similar techniques.

• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, or comparable tools.

• Ability to manage multiple functions and roles simultaneously without compromising quality.

• Strong communication skills - capable of crafting outreach that elicits responses.

• Knowledge of AI-enabled sourcing tools and a keen interest in emerging trends in the field.

• A strong work ethic and high level of initiative.
