Senior Talent Partner, Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruiting lifecycle from initiation to offer, emphasizing accuracy, speed, candidate pipeline development, and overall candidate experience.

• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies aimed at attracting top-tier candidates, particularly for competitive engineering positions.

• Oversee candidate outreach, promote the company's mission and team, and conduct interviews to evaluate skills and potential.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend team objectives and identify exceptional talent suitable for each position.

• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline to address both current and future hiring demands.

• Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience through clear, prompt, and respectful communication.

• Track recruiting metrics and examine weekly data trends.

• Allocate approximately 50% of your time to sourcing and 50% to full-cycle recruiting.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in full-cycle design recruiting.

• Proven history of attracting and securing top-tier engineering and design talent.

• Extensive sourcing expertise, including advanced research methods and outreach tactics.

• Outstanding organizational abilities and capacity to manage numerous moving components.

• Clear and compelling communication skills with the ability to credibly pitch roles.

• Capability to build trust with stakeholders at every level.

• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and resourceful.

• Capacity to work with urgency and take ownership of tasks.
