• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for global positions spanning various functions and regions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish interview processes, and synchronize hiring timelines.
• Create engaging, market-competitive job descriptions and oversee job advertising across pertinent platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, company careers site).
• Handle candidate screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Lead the offer process, which includes aligning feedback, preparing documentation, and communicating offers.
• Develop and expand talent pipelines in cost-effective and offshore locations to meet delivery demands.
• Actively source candidates through direct outreach, headhunting, and targeted talent mapping initiatives.
• Establish and nurture long-term talent pipelines for key roles within legal, technology, commercial, and operations teams.
• Cultivate relationships with high-potential and passive candidates to address future strategic hiring needs.
• Analyze hiring data to enhance cost-per-hire and overall workforce efficiency.
• Provide insights on optimal hiring locations based on cost, talent availability, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor and report recruitment performance metrics, including time-to-hire, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including configuration, feedback, and optimization.
• Advocate for a high-quality, inclusive, and timely candidate experience at every interaction.
• 6-9 years of experience in legal recruitment, legal talent acquisition, or workforce scaling within legal services, legal technology, alternative legal services, or similar sectors.
• Proven track record of recruiting within legal delivery settings such as managed services, legal operations, contract lawyer teams, or legal technology-enabled services.
• Demonstrated experience in hiring legal professionals for lower-cost or offshore jurisdictions.
• Established capability to perform as a senior individual contributor within high-growth or scaling organizations.
• Strong global sourcing and headhunting skills for niche legal and hybrid legal-technology positions.
• Experience in developing recruitment frameworks, structured hiring methodologies, and scalable hiring systems.
• Solid commercial awareness with the ability to align recruitment strategies to business growth objectives.
• Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• An analytical mindset capable of utilizing data for insights and decision-making.
• Excellent relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
