This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Engage in all stages of the project: analysis, recommendations, implementation, and challenge management.
• Collaboratively develop an HR roadmap that aligns with employee requirements.
• Assist in selecting a unified solution for managing the HR function on a global scale.
• Focus on change management and the implementation of deployment on a country-by-country basis.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR consulting or HRIS.
• Strong interest in Talent-related topics: workforce planning (GEPP), mobility, learning/training, recruitment, and career management.
• Proven experience in implementing Talent solutions and facilitating change management.
• Proficiency in English for international project engagements.
• Certification in responsible digital practices (digital sustainability) is an added advantage.
• Fixed salary ranging from €40k to €50k.
• Individual bonus of €2k.
• Meal allowance of €2,257 net per annum.
• Monthly holiday bonus.
• Profit-sharing based on company performance participation.
