• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the Commercial Sales business, its talent requirements, and organizational priorities to proactively design hiring strategies.
• Establish robust, consultative relationships while collaborating cross-functionally with business leaders and PX partners to guide and influence the recruitment process.
• Ensure an inclusive, positive, and high-touch experience for clients and candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Assess candidate backgrounds to ensure alignment with core competencies, sales skills, and motivational fit relative to key hiring criteria.
• Serve as a credible and trusted talent advisor to client groups, offering insights and guidance to facilitate informed hiring choices.
• Leverage AI to enhance Candidate Experience (CX) processes while continuously developing AI skills and fluency to boost recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
• Employ innovative and targeted sourcing strategies to discover high-quality, competitive commercial talent.
• Lead discussions on offer development for roles ranging from entry-level to senior-level, including LTI interpretation and creative, market-aligned offer strategies.
• Ensure that hiring activities align with business objectives and comply with recruitment guidelines, governance, and compliance standards.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the commercial talent landscape to advocate for individualized, market-relevant hiring strategies.
• Actively participate in local, regional, and enterprise Talent Acquisition initiatives, fostering continuous improvement within the CX organization.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; OR a Master’s degree with no prior experience; OR an Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience; OR a High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to forge strong, effective working relationships with hiring managers and PX partners in a consultative role.
• Capability to source and recruit talent from entry-level to mid- and senior-level positions.
• Experience in utilizing AI tools and strategies within Candidate Experience or recruitment processes.
• Skill in developing and supporting hiring plans and contributing to the formulation and execution of recruitment campaigns.
• Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
