• Create robust talent pipelines for backend, mobile, desktop, and product engineering roles.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting software engineering talent within tech companies.
• Strong capability in sourcing and talent mapping across international markets.
• Solid understanding of engineering roles, technical frameworks, and organizational hierarchies.
• Ability to recognize high-caliber talent beyond just pedigree and brand names.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at stakeholder management and candidate engagement.
