Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technical, Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end recruiting for open roles, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and negotiating offers.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from the initial introduction through to onboarding.

• Act as a genuine Talent Partner for your designated business line(s), providing not just execution but also consultation, advice, and coaching.

• Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to continuously enhance the hiring process. Participate in or lead various HR projects and initiatives.

• Oversee recruiting databases and other HR resources in an organized and timely manner.

• Create and sustain a consistently replenished pipeline of high-quality talent through diverse methods, including networking within the community, reaching out to and visiting universities, attending local job fairs, and maintaining ongoing communication with quality candidates who may be eligible for future roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within leading tech or Web3 firms.

• Documented success in filling senior-level technical roles.

• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies along with a genuine enthusiasm for the industry.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to foster strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

• Proven capability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• A data-driven approach with experience utilizing recruitment metrics and analytics to guide decision-making.

• Ability to swiftly adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
