This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify and source potential candidates through various platforms, including job boards and social media.
• Perform comprehensive screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical competencies and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of job requirements and deliver high-quality hires.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from the initial outreach to the offer rollout and onboarding.
• Maintain and refresh candidate tracking systems while reporting on recruitment metrics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to create a robust talent pipeline for future opportunities.
• Liaise with recruitment partners and ensure timely contract renewals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and technologies to accurately evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Assist in gathering data for new hires related to insurance and payroll.
• Prepare various ad hoc letters (e.g., relieving letters, proof of employment, etc.).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Lead the background verification process, including coordination with external vendors for all Motive staff.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
• Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Engage in audits and compliance checks to ensure HR practices adhere to legal standards.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or People Management preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of technical positions and skills, with the ability to accurately assess candidates' capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
