This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for senior and specialized positions across various departments.
• Utilize Boolean search techniques, networking, and niche platforms to attract passive, top-tier talent beyond LinkedIn InMail.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to outline candidate profiles, align on market realities, and establish clear expectations regarding timelines and processes.
• Provide weekly data-driven updates on the candidate pipeline to hiring managers and proactively identify risks before they escalate into obstacles.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor key performance metrics.
• Recognize potential issues early and implement necessary changes to enhance conversion rates.
• Analyze pipeline stagnation and take responsibility for implementing solutions.
• Oversee recruitment timelines with a strategic mindset, understanding that each phase influences the next, while actively pushing each stage forward with a sense of urgency.
• Anticipate necessary actions before they become urgent and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned and accountable throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and refine interview procedures that extend beyond resume evaluations, incorporating assessments, case studies, and structured evaluations that reveal actual skills and predict on-the-job performance.
• Proactively use AI tools for sourcing, screening, and improving processes, consistently seeking smarter and faster methods to achieve optimal results.
• A minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead role.
• Proven success in a high-growth startup or technology environment, understanding the necessity of rapid hiring without compromising quality.
• Extensive knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and practical experience with Boolean search methods.
• Outstanding closing abilities, having successfully navigated complex salary negotiations and counter-offers, with a record of specific successful outcomes.
• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
• Proven capability to utilize AI tools within a recruitment setting, including sourcing, screening, workflow automation, or process enhancement.
• Advanced expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Ashby.
