Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to design, implement, and execute targeted sourcing and screening strategies.

• Remain updated on and utilize effective sourcing techniques and strategies.

• Assist in the assessment of vendor partners.

• Utilize relevant metrics to gauge the effectiveness of recruitment, selection, and placement processes.

• Modify recruitment strategies in response to results.

• Perform comprehensive life-cycle recruitment activities, encompassing sourcing, applicant evaluation, selection, hiring, and onboarding.

• Create pipelines of qualified candidates for essential positions.

• Provide guidance and assistance to recruiters in candidate identification and selection based on performance indicators, EEO/AA, and fair employment practices.

• Support Cincinnati Children's EEO/Affirmative Action initiatives in recruitment and selection.

• Mentor and advise recruiters on candidate attraction, identification, selection, onboarding, compensation, and management practices.

• Comprehend clients' specific recruitment needs and foster positive working relationships.

• Offer recruitment guidance and actionable recommendations.

• Advise applicants on minimum requirements, career opportunities, and the interpretation of transfer/promotion policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment supporting clinical licensed and/or credentialed healthcare roles is preferred.
