Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from initiation to the offering stage.

• Identify and recruit IT professionals for key accounts, predominantly on a contractual basis.

• Conduct intake meetings with clients to define qualification standards and candidate needs.

• Review resumes and applications, and conduct interviews with candidates.

• Establish and sustain talent pipelines.

• Advertise job openings on career websites, job boards, and social media platforms.

• Prepare candidates for interviews with clients.

• Cultivate relationships with Account Managers, Recruiters, and potential IT candidates.

• Utilize Sense messaging and other AI tools for communication with consultants and candidates.

• Manage consultants and candidates using Bullhorn ATS, Fieldglass, Beeline, and Simplify VMS tools.

• Participate in daily recruiting team meetings to review requisitions and prioritize urgent positions.

• Present 8–10 qualified candidates weekly to clients, pending approval from the Account/Delivery Manager.

• Represent PTR Global with professionalism, integrity, and consistency.

• Demonstrated experience in agency IT contract staffing.

• Strong knowledge of W2 IT requirements.

• Dependable network connectivity and a supportive work-from-home setup.

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to engage effectively with both candidates and clients.
