This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Complete operational oversight of open requisitions: independently overseeing and successfully filling positions across various departments.
• Shortening time-to-fill by implementing efficient processes, establishing clear priorities, and maintaining consistent stakeholder engagement.
• Engaging in hands-on recruiting activities: actively sourcing candidates, conducting direct outreach, executing interviews, and managing the selection process from start to finish.
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers, emphasizing rapid decision-making, accountability, and high-quality outcomes.
• Lowering external recruiting expenses by enhancing in-house recruitment efforts, creating talent pools, and refining direct market outreach strategies.
• Enhancing the quality of hires through structured interviews, well-defined role expectations, and precise candidate evaluations.
• Monitoring and optimizing essential recruiting KPIs (such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates).
• Pragmatically improving existing recruiting processes and tools with a constant focus on impact.
• Multiple years of professional experience (preferably 7+ years) in operational recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated success in filling challenging requisitions and working with defined recruiting KPIs.
• Strong hands-on approach and a genuine passion for sourcing, interviewing, and advancing processes.
• Experience collaborating with demanding hiring managers while upholding clear recruiting standards.
• Data-driven and results-focused work style with an emphasis on measurable outcomes.
• High standards of quality, reliability, and a strong sense of ownership for recruiting results.
• Excellent proficiency in German and English (minimum C1, ideally C2).
