Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Function as a key contributor within the broader Solve team

• Provide validated candidate profiles for technology-focused positions

• Participate in briefings with clients and/or TA Partners

• Deliver regular updates to the TA Partners

• Develop market reports concerning talent flow and availability

• Ensure all information related to candidate interactions is accurately documented

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred but not mandatory

• Proactive in identifying and validating candidate profiles

• Conduct early screening calls with candidates

• Take ownership of resurfacing candidates in Bullhorn

• Employ creative methods to source candidates for open positions

• Craft and publish engaging job advertisements
