Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Spearhead high-volume recruitment initiatives by crafting and implementing targeted strategies to source, attract, and secure top talent.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle while ensuring that hiring processes are timely and efficient.

• Ensure all steps in the Talent Acquisition process adhere to Raytheon and OFCCP regulations.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp workforce requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

• Source, evaluate, and select qualified candidates through diverse channels.

• Cultivate strong working relationships with Labor Relations, HR, and Total Rewards stakeholders.

• Guarantee clear communication and follow-through for a consistent and high-quality hiring experience.

• Leverage data and insights to enhance recruitment outcomes and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.

• Comprehensive recruitment experience within a Department of Defense (DOD) setting.

• Proven experience in recruiting Engineering professionals with security clearances.

• Familiarity with the Workday Recruiting platform.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Must have the ability to access U.S.-exclusive data systems.

• Must live and work in one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.

• Preferred experience in sourcing hard-to-find engineering professionals across various technical disciplines.

• Strong relationship-building, client management, and influencing abilities.

• Understanding of employment law principles and DOD compliance regulations is preferred.
