Lead GTM Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in defining and constructing the talent acquisition strategy for GTM.

• Oversee the complete recruiting cycle for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships positions, ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership roles.

• Collaborate with GTM leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to outline role scope, success profiles, and recruitment strategies.

• Actively source, engage, and cultivate relationships with both active and passive GTM talent.

• Evaluate candidates based on GTM competencies, cultural fit, and long-term potential.

• Provide guidance to hiring managers regarding market trends, competitive intelligence, and compensation benchmarks.

• Lead executive or senior leadership GTM searches as necessary.

• Introduce structure, data, and best practices to recruitment processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and/or Partnerships roles.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting within technology-driven, SaaS, health tech, or rapidly expanding environments.

• Proven success as a proactive individual contributor managing a high volume of simultaneous GTM searches.

• Proficiency in GTM hiring metrics and profiles, including quota attainment, sales cycle, pipeline generation, and relevant benchmarks across marketing, customer success, and partnerships.

• Extensive expertise in proactively sourcing and securing competitive, in-demand GTM talent.

• Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities.

• Capability to operate with urgency, precision, and autonomy in a dynamic environment.

• Valid authorization to work in the United States.

• Must disclose whether employer visa sponsorship is needed now or in the future.
