German Speaking Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process by sourcing, evaluating, and interviewing candidates for various roles requiring German language proficiency.

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates through effective communication and career advice.

• Leverage professional networking sites and recruitment databases to discover high-potential talent within the recruitment and staffing industry.

• Organize interview schedules and ensure clear communication between hiring managers and candidates.

• Keep precise candidate records and documentation in line with internal protocols.

• Contribute to team objectives and KPIs, guaranteeing consistent performance in high-quality candidate placements.

• Act as a brand ambassador for Mercier Consultancy Group, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

• Native or fluent proficiency in German, both spoken and written.

• A valid EU passport (mandatory).

• A proactive and results-driven attitude with a strong ambition to succeed in recruitment and staffing.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
