Dutch Speaking Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for international clients in the staffing industry.

• Identify, evaluate, and interview candidates for Dutch-speaking positions throughout Europe.

• Foster and sustain relationships with prospective candidates while delivering an exceptional consultancy experience.

• Utilize professional networking platforms and a proprietary database to discover talent.

• Manage interview schedules and facilitate communication between hiring managers and candidates.

• Keep abreast of trends in the recruitment and staffing sector.

• Meet individual and team KPIs while playing a role in the global recruitment team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch proficiency, both spoken and written, is essential.

• A valid EU passport is required.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with individuals.

• A keen desire to learn about recruitment and staffing from the ground up; no previous experience is necessary.

• Professional demeanor, resilience, and a mindset focused on growth.

• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work within an international team setting.
