Danish Speaking Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for various positions requiring Danish language skills, from initial candidate screening to final hiring.

• Identify, engage, and interview candidates to develop a strong talent pipeline for our clients.

• Leverage professional networking platforms and internal databases to discover high-potential candidates.

• Organize and conduct interviews, offering constructive feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Keep precise records and generate reports within the applicant tracking system.

• Work collaboratively with international teams to provide effective recruitment and staffing solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Danish (both spoken and written) is a strict requirement.

• A valid EU passport is essential.

• A strong ambition to embark on a career in recruitment and staffing; prior experience is not necessary.

• Comprehensive training will be provided.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Capability to establish professional relationships quickly.

• Demonstrated resilience, high motivation, and a results-driven attitude.

• Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication in an international consultancy setting.
