Principal Talent Acquisition Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Spearhead high-volume recruitment initiatives by crafting and implementing targeted sourcing, attraction, and hiring strategies.

• Oversee the complete recruitment life cycle, ensuring hiring processes are timely, effective, and compliant.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insights into workforce requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

• Identify, evaluate, and select qualified candidates through diverse channels.

• Cultivate relationships with Labor Relations, HR, Total Rewards, and other internal stakeholders.

• Maintain clear communication and follow-through to provide a consistent and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams.

• Utilize data and insights to enhance recruitment outcomes and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment.

• Comprehensive life cycle recruitment experience within a Department of Defense (DOD) setting.

• Proven experience in recruiting engineering professionals with security clearances.

• Skill in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talents across various technical fields.

• Familiarity with the Workday Recruiting platform.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• Capability to access U.S.-only data systems.

• Knowledge of employment law principles and DOD compliance regulations is preferred.

• Strong relationship-building, client management, and influencing skills are preferred.

• A passion for enhancing candidate experience and effectively representing the RTX brand is preferred.
