• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for Finance, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management.

• Advise internal stakeholders on Talent Acquisition protocols.

• Foster reliable partnerships with hiring leaders.

• Ensure precise recruitment records are maintained in the appropriate systems.

• Collaborate with various departments regarding hiring decisions.

• A minimum of 4 years of in-house recruiting experience.

• Proven capability to function as a consultative partner to senior hiring leaders.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing modern recruiting technology and AI-driven tools.

• Familiarity with Workday and contemporary recruiting systems.

• Exceptional judgment in sensitive hiring situations.

• Strong writing skills.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
