This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Facilitate in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position requirements, offering pertinent market insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and implement recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Assess candidate profiles against job specifications and present strong candidate slates, while cultivating talent pipelines.
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process by providing timely updates on their status.
• Work alongside hiring leaders to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.
• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive recruiting experience, with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday and social media tools.
• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.
• Experience in Energy Recruitment is a plus.
