This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process for both technical and business positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role specifications and recruitment strategies
• Perform thorough interviews with candidates
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain candidate pipelines
• Provide a superior candidate experience
• Utilize data and insights to enhance the effectiveness of recruiting
• Work alongside leadership to refine recruiting processes
• Ensure adherence to legal regulations and internal policies
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Capability to swiftly understand new roles, teams, and business challenges
• Excellent judgment and communication abilities
• Proven history of enhancing recruiting processes and efficiency
• Familiarity with utilizing recruiting metrics to spot trends
• Strong relationships with hiring managers
• Proactive sourcing skills and adaptability
• Clear and professional communication style
• Commitment to the candidate experience
• Work in a technology-rich environment
• Limited travel: generally 1-2 weeks per year for on-site meetings
