This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Sourcing. Identify and attract candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
• Screening. Evaluate resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified individuals.
• Interviewing. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experiences, and cultural compatibility.
• Advertising. Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements.
• Database Management and Analysis. Maintain candidate databases and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Candidate Experience. Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaboration. Work together with HR and hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and job specifications.
• Talent Scouting. Scout prospective talent on various hiring platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Trend Monitoring. Keep informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• ATS Utilization. Employ an applicant tracking system (ATS) to enhance processes and maintain precise candidate records.
• Enthusiasm. Eager to ask questions and learn more about individuals and their experiences, facilitating swift movement through the hiring pipeline.
• Presentation. Represent our company in a professional manner to prospective hires, helping to generate excitement about the opportunities at Spiralyze.
• Quick Learner. Grasp what Spiralyze does and how various roles function, and communicate that effectively to candidates.
• Attention to Detail. Able to recognize and appreciate the importance of detail when reviewing resumes and communicating with candidates.
• Organization. Capable of managing multiple candidates for various roles, including tracking their status, resumes, interview notes, assessments, etc.
• Communication. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required.
• Tools: Familiarity with ATS tools is essential.
• Nice to Have. Experience in hiring or collaborating with UI/UX designers is advantageous, along with an understanding of design roles and creative portfolios.
• Entry-Level (0-3 years of experience). We encourage recent graduates and early-career professionals with a demonstrated interest in the HR industry to apply!

• Full-time role with semi-flexible working hours. An 8-hour workday within the core hours of 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST; start and end times are flexible, and hours may be divided into multiple blocks within this timeframe.
