This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Emphasize proactive outreach and the creation of pipelines.
• Implement targeted outreach campaigns to discover and engage potential financial advisors.
• Leverage sourcing tools to develop and maintain candidate lists.
• Perform high-volume, high-quality cold outreach through messaging, emails, and phone calls.
• Generate initial interest from candidates and qualify prospects for transfer to recruiting leaders.
• Keep organized and up-to-date candidate pipelines and tracking systems.
• Utilize technology and data tools to uncover new talent pools and sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor outreach activities, response rates, and pipeline conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Directors, Regional Vice Presidents, and firm leaders to align on target profiles and sourcing priorities.
• Advise and train field partners on effectively using sourcing tools.
• Facilitate 1:1 and group virtual workshops.
• 1–4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales development, or a comparable outbound role.
• Direct experience in recruiting for financial services or insurance sales positions.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Interest in financial services and talent acquisition.
