📋 Description

• Identify and connect with qualified healthcare professionals via job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.

• Review applications and perform candidate screenings.

• Effectively communicate job requirements and expectations to candidates.

• Submit candidates through our recruitment platform for client evaluation.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Stay organized and monitor activities in our applicant tracking system.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve monthly placement objectives.

• Preferred experience in healthcare recruiting, staffing, sales, or a related profession.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Comfortable with remote work and capable of managing oneself effectively.

• Tech-savvy, with a familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

• Must reside in the U.S. and possess eligibility to work.

• Required to have a computer, internet access, and a quiet workspace.
